To get started, you will need

1 cup mixed greens

1 large avocado sliced

1 egg cooked to your liking

1 medium tomato sliced

 To get started, you will need

1 Keto Vegan Flatbread

2 slices cooked chicken breast or turkey

3 slices salami

2 slices provolone cheese

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Instructions – we will use the quadrant method for this recipe

  1. Cut a slit down the flatbread till you reach the middle
  2. Add the salami to the first quadrant
  3. Add the chicken breast or turkey to the second quadrant
  4. Add cheese to the third quadrant
  5. In the final quadrant, add the sliced tomatoes and some Dijon mustard
  6. Start folding – begin with quadrant one on top of two, then three and four
  7. Add the folded wrap to a pan with avocado oil and butter and fry on medium heat for three minutes on each side till golden brown

1/2 cup of Spinach

1/2 cup of Artichoke hearts

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

50g of White Onion

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions – we will use the quadrant method for this recipe

  1. Roughly Chop Artichoke hearts
  2. In low heat, Saute White onion until slightly cooked, add in all the ingredients.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Put on top of Keto Pizza dough
  5. Add 60g of Mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 12 mins on 150degC
