To get started, you will need
1 Keto Vegan Flatbread
2 slices cooked chicken breast or turkey
3 slices salami
2 slices provolone cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Instructions – we will use the quadrant method for this recipe
- Cut a slit down the flatbread till you reach the middle
- Add the salami to the first quadrant
- Add the chicken breast or turkey to the second quadrant
- Add cheese to the third quadrant
- In the final quadrant, add the sliced tomatoes and some Dijon mustard
- Start folding – begin with quadrant one on top of two, then three and four
- Add the folded wrap to a pan with avocado oil and butter and fry on medium heat for three minutes on each side till golden brown

1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

50g of White Onion

- Roughly Chop Artichoke hearts
- In low heat, Saute White onion until slightly cooked, add in all the ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
